The laboratory preparation of traditional pasta & cookies of Mirsinis Chrysokephalos-Chorou grew out of the desire. The traditional recipes of Lemnos was the reason for its creation, so it got the name "Kaspaknes delicacies", which in the local dialect means delicacies Kaspaka. These delicacies include traditional sweets, pasta, cookies, cakes and pies, no preservatives, made from natural ingredients such as flour from hard wheat, goat milk and eggs produced farmhouse on Limnos, family estates.
Lemnos is known from ancient times to the quality of cereals, wine, dairy and general agricultural products it produces.
